Deposit & Payment

A $350 non-refundable deposit locks in your date. Your deposit goes towards the balance. Final payment is due 14 days before the event. Payment plans are available. Major credit cards, cashiers check, Cash App & PayPal are Accepted
We keep all credit cards on file in case of damages. 
$150 fee if the client wants to change the event date after the initial deposit is made.

Selfie Studio

Our newly renovated venue offers a one-of-a-kind selfie studio. Guests can get creative and enjoy this area during their event. They can conduct a photo shoot, take selfies, or create content for social media platforms. A team of dedicated & professional staff will assist guests every step of the way. 
Our selfie studio will be available: 
Mon - Thurs $25 per person
(6 guests max)
45 min. session 
Appt. Required

Liquor Policy 

  Alcohol is allowed, but it CANNOT be sold in the facility. Guests must serve themselves. You may have a bartender, but they must be paid before attending the event (this includes tips). EDE Venue can recommend reputable bartenders to clients.

Our venue offers a versatile space that can be customized to fit your unique vision. We have created decor packages that are sure to fit any budget. See the decor packages below.

Fri. & Sunday: $1150 
 Saturday: $1500
  
Tours are held every Wed & Thurs     from 10A -12N and 2P- 4P 
Walk-ins are welcomed; Appointments are strongly recommended.
